When you use the Contact / RFQ form, the information submitted may include:

• name, company and country;
• email address and phone number;
• product or equipment information;
• your message, RFQ, equipment list or technical specification;
• one uploaded technical or commercial attachment, if provided.

Information submitted through the RFQ form is used to review and respond to your enquiry, communicate with you about the request and process it operationally.

The website does not use RFQ information for unrelated marketing or analytics.

The website application does not currently set cookies, use local or session storage, create browser databases or application caches, or register a service worker. It does not use analytics, advertising trackers, session replay or browser fingerprinting.

If non-essential storage or tracking technology is introduced in the future, its privacy and consent requirements must be reviewed before deployment.

Website hosting and security infrastructure may process limited network metadata needed to deliver and protect the service. This is separate from browser cookies or tracking.

Real RFQ delivery is not currently enabled. Any future hosting or email-provider processing, retention and disclosure must be reviewed before activation.

RFQ attachments may contain technical or commercial information. Please include only information that is necessary for the enquiry and that you are authorized to share. An uploaded file is treated as part of the submitted enquiry.

This policy does not state a fixed retention period. Retention and deletion arrangements depend on the approved operational delivery process and applicable business or legal requirements, and must be finalized before production RFQ delivery is enabled.
